Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. The maximum age requirement for the primary booking person is 22 years for out-of-town guests and 25 years for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, and police will be called for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.

Despite the free parking spot, a car is not necessary as Midtown's local bars are within walking distance. Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are just $5-7 one-way. For the adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are a fun option.
