This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, with bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs. Each floor has a washer and dryer, accessible via app payment at $2 per load.

Enjoy two complimentary parking spots per reservation, with parking codes provided. The condo is wheelchair accessible and allows a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee applies based on the length of stay, collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.

A laptop computer is not included.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within or outside the condo, including balconies and common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and a $500 fine. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission and one towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required for booking, and a rental usage agreement must be signed. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with decibel sensors monitoring noise levels. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
