Access is granted via a door code for self check-in at your convenience. This is not a pet-friendly home, and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. A laptop computer is not included. Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests, and although we are diligent with pest control, you might encounter a bug or two, especially in ground floor units.
