Add-ons

Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Limited parking space is available outside the building on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site laundry facilities offer convenient paid laundry services.

Keep in mind

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid towing, please park in the white areas. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. Yellow spaces are reserved, and your vehicle may be towed if parked there. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Basic products for personal care and cooking are provided for the first nights. Bath towels are not provided.
