The main room includes a comfortable double bed, a breakfast table for two, and a cozy sitting corner with a wide arm-chair. A large balcony door opens onto a small balcony, providing ample light. The kitchen is separated from the main room with a high oak counter and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffeemaker, and a microwave. An ample three-panel closet offers large storage space. The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with a spacious shower, A/C, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Bed linens and towels are provided, along with a complimentary toiletries welcome pack.
Shared washing machines are available in the laundry room. Amenities on request include a baby cot and a vacuum cleaner. Rates include building utilities, electricity and water costs, Wi-Fi Internet, 13% VAT, 0.75% City Tax, and an Environmental Tax (€ 2.00 per night from November to March and € 8.00 per night from April to October).

Located on Mavromichali street in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue, this studio is in a typical Athenian residential neighborhood where everything you need is just a few minutes away. On the ground floor of the building, there’s a cozy Italian grocery store-café, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine with a small bite to eat. A pharmacy is located just across the street, while a supermarket and a small traditional Greek taverna are only a 2-minute walk away. Several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and a variety of other stores are also within a short walking distance. The bus station is around the corner. A 5-minute walk to Kallidromiou street brings you to the weekly Saturday street market (laiki), offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of local food products directly from producers and farmers. In the summer, there are two open-air cinemas in the neighborhood, just 2-3 minutes away on foot.
