This listing is for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom "Side A" unit. As you enter the main door, you'll find a fully updated kitchen with new shaker-style cabinets and all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, and stove with overhead range hood. The kitchen has four stools at the bar and an eat-in dining area, which is open concept to the living area. The living area features a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables, lamps, and a 50" Roku TV. High-end finishes throughout the home include original terrazzo floors and spa-worthy floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a small bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack, while the third bedroom has two twin beds with a shared nightstand.

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

The pool is currently closed for maintenance. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard and pool area is needed on service day. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will be provided with the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
