The front entrance leads into a foyer with stairs to the upper floor and a hallway to the living area. The living room features a queen pull-out couch and a 50" Roku TV. Adjacent is an eat-in fully stocked kitchen with a separate dining area that seats eight, along with a half bathroom. Upstairs, find four bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom with garden tub and shower and walk-in closet, three queen bedrooms, and another full bathroom with tub. Note that two bedrooms are connected, requiring passage through one queen bedroom to access the second. The backyard includes a pool, seating, and grill.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, yard, and pool. A $50 pet fee is required, and pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair or waste is found. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard on service days.

This home offers contact-free check-in, and we are just a message or phone call away if needed. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are after 10 PM. No smoking, no glass in or around the pool, and no pets on the furniture. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. The pool is accessed exclusively through the home, and we ask that you respect our neighbors and avoid entering their property.
