This cozy upper-level apartment accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Enjoy the screened-in deck and the soothing sounds of the nearby marsh, with dock and river access. Located just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah, a scenic 30-minute drive will take you to beautiful Tybee Island.

Located on the upper portion of a duplex, you will access the entire upper-level studio apartment once you have navigated a flight of stairs. The open concept living style is front and center, with a living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, and a couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is stocked with all your basics to help you settle in and cook a meal. Off the kitchen is a quaint dining table with seating for four. In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed as well as a stackable washer and dryer for use during your stay. The bathroom is newly updated with a large walk-in shower. The fully screened upper-level deck has a small table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing and enjoying the southern marsh vibes. Two parking spots are available for guests in a private sand parking area next to the marsh.

Free Wi-Fi is available, and the apartment is pet-friendly with a fee. There is a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more.

Keep in mind

There is some construction happening nearby due to renovations of multiple units on the street, but this should not disrupt your stay. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated and contact-free. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

About the neighborhood

The location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming. Large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss, breezy nights, and a location that is close to dining, shopping, and adventure. Within walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous view. Driving is recommended, and parking is offered for guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
