The home is equipped with a hammock, ping pong table, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi tubs for relaxation. For those who need to work, an upstairs space provides a perfect desk set-up. The property includes a washer/dryer, ultra-fast WiFi, and a smart TV for your convenience. Security is ensured with a Ring security system.

The use of the hot tub facilities is available for an additional fee, which depends on the size and frequency of service. Free off- or on-street parking is available, and there is an extra $5 per night fee for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity.

Includes a perfect desk set-up for working upstairs, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.

The property has a lower level unit that can be rented separately. If not rented, another guest may be present on the estate with a private entry. Parties are strictly prohibited, with violators facing eviction and a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. Check-out is at 10 AM, with late check-out incurring fees.
