Parties are strictly prohibited, and violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs, and lost revenue may apply. Late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.
