Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors, and fireworks are not allowed. Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors, and do not leave any personal items on the balcony. Hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
