Parking is available for a maximum of two cars onsite, with no garage access. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. The property is maintained by third-party vendors who adhere to strict CDC guidelines.
