This space features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed with accessible features. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need during your downtown stay in Austin, including a stove top with 2 burners, microwave, coffee station, TV, private bathroom, closet, and a patio with street access.

Keep in mind

The maximum number of guests is 4, which is non-negotiable due to the fire code. Pets are not allowed. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an associated fee. Hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. We do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so do not have any mail or packages delivered during your stay.
