Inside the unit, there are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds each and clothing storage, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a smart TV in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, central air-conditioning for year-round comfort, a guest bathroom with bathtub, an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, a queen-size pullout bed in the living room, a private balcony for fresh air and relaxation, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Uncovered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Community amenities include a pickleball court, gym, sauna, grills, fire pit, cornhole, and outdoor seating area. Access to the gym and sauna is limited to 2 people at a time, and grilling tools are available to clean the grills once you’re finished.

Keep in mind

Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. No smoking inside or outside, and fees may apply. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Fireworks are not allowed. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins or cans, and no plastic bags in recycling. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Please be respectful to your neighbors and other guests in the complex. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
