The living room is equipped with an open-plan American-style kitchen, fully functional with top-quality appliances and all necessary kitchenware. The living-dining area has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs, and the living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a modern 65-inch television. The apartment is very bright, with natural light in all rooms, and is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay, with assistance available 24/7. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building with few neighbors, and access is easy with only a few steps to climb. Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.
