Welcome to the wonderful capital city of Berlin. This modern and stylishly furnished apartment features a newly installed balcony as of January 2024. The flat boasts a bright living area, a comfortable double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located in the "Schillerkietz" area, known for its trendy bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a vast nearby park, the location is safe and easily walkable. The underground station "Boddinstrasse" and many buses are just a short walk from the flat.

The apartment offers a homely feel with a bookshelf full of plants and books. You'll have everything you need with a washing machine, dishwasher, and ironing equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, oven, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, and everything you need. In the main room, there is a queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, eating table, Wi-Fi internet router, iron board, and iron. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. The bathroom includes a sink, bathtub, and shower (in the bathtub).

A building is being constructed nearby, which may cause some noise during the daytime. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible, and due to Berlin rules, a minimum stay of 92 days or more is required. The apartment will be cleaned only before and after your stay.
