Add-ons

This property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may incur a pet fee, and the presence of such animals can be declined.

Keep in mind

This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old if from out of town or 25 years old if local. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy enforced by police intervention. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more require a background and credit check.
