Add-ons

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment, with smoking prohibited both inside and outside the condo, including balconies and common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required for booking, and guests must sign a rental usage agreement. The minimum age for booking is 22 for out-of-town guests and 25 for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with decibel sensors monitoring compliance. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
