The third level houses a queen bed with a shared en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds (trundle bed) and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor includes a bright and airy living area with a sofa, modern chair, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with brand new appliances, designer fixtures, and all the basic cooking items and dishware. A large dining area with a wet bar and countertop seating is also available.
Guests can enhance their stay with add-ons such as an air mattress for $50 each and Pack & Play and highchairs for $25 each. Parking is available in the two-car garage for standard-sized vehicles.
The apartment spans four levels, requiring the use of stairs as the elevator is not operable for liability reasons. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and same-day move-ins are not honored after 9 AM AZ time. Local guests require pre-approval, and those with a confirmed criminal record will be declined. Identity authentication is required within 48 hours of booking. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed, and all amenities are used at the guest's own risk. Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please inform us in advance if needed.
