York St is a busier 2-lane road, so there’s always cars driving by, but finding a parking spot on the block is usually not a problem. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans, while the host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. A lease agreement is required upon booking to confirm your stay.
