Free parking is available on the neighborhood streets and the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.

The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The spa heating element is currently inoperable. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used by those familiar with its operation. Self-check-in is available, and detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
