An additional cleaning fee per pet applies, with a fee structure of $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.

Keep in mind

Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage, and large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy. Self-service check-in and check-out are facilitated through a smart lock system. Guest verification prior to stay is required, including furnishing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, completing a verification process, and possibly undergoing a background check. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining stay terms. Necessary information must be provided within 24 hours of booking, or 1 hour for same-day bookings. Reservations not meeting verification criteria may be canceled.
