Add-ons

Pets are allowed depending on size, but you must notify in advance to avoid cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies as follows: 1–4 Nights: $25 per night, 5–29 Nights: $200 flat fee, and 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee.

All guests are required to complete a verification process before check-in to comply with legal and safety regulations. This process is solely for screening purposes and your information will not be stored or used for any other reason. A signed rental agreement is required after booking confirmation, which involves agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, submitting a valid ID prior to check-in, completing a background check if requested, and finalizing verification to receive check-in instructions. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation. For safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located in common hallway areas, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
