Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed, so bookings are recommended no later than 48 hours in advance.

Check-in is from 3 PM onwards and check-out is by 11 AM. The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside, with a AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. There is a AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card, and a call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. A minimum AED 250 charge applies for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. Late checkouts past 11 AM incur a AED 250 fee if approved in advance. Access to building facilities is complimentary and provided by the concierge, with access cards subject to availability. Please note that depending on the building management’s policies, visitors may not be allowed in the apartment.
