Check-in is from 3 PM onwards and check-out is by 11 AM. The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside, with a AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. There is a AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card, and a call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. A minimum AED 250 charge applies for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. A late checkout fee of AED 250 applies for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance. Access to building facilities is complimentary and will be provided by the concierge, subject to availability of access cards.
