Luggage storage is available during your stay for AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter, with storage times from 9am to 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed, so bookings are recommended no later than 48 hours before to secure your space. Sofa Bed Service is available for bookings of 5 guests or more, with the sofa bed set up automatically at no extra cost. Guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed and provide personal information, including home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in. Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion. A key policy includes an AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card, with a call-out fee of AED 500 for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside, with an AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. There is a minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. A late checkout incurs an AED 250 fee past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
