Standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional cost. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment with a fine of 2000 AED for smoking indoors, though permitted on balconies if available. Pets are not allowed. In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. Housekeeping with and without change of linens is available at the best rate, with extra linens and towels provided subject to an extra charge. Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice.
