The bathroom features a shower, ensuring you have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located in front of a bar, so noise can be expected, especially during weekends and the annual Santos Populares festivities in June. Ongoing nearby construction works may also contribute to the noise. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors to ensure the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Check-in takes place between 14:00 and 22:00 with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00. Check-out must be done by 11:00 am. The property is self-catered, and basic items are provided for your arrival. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. A penalty will be applied in case of key loss.
