This two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a traditional building in one of the most historic, noble, and iconic areas of Lisbon - Lapa, home to numerous palaces and embassies. The building does not have an elevator, so access to the apartment is by stairs. However, the view is worth it! Due to the roof architecture, the apartment has areas with very low ceilings.
The modern design and sober colors of the living room contrast with the warmth of the wood. The French window not only provides abundant natural light but also offers a wonderful view over the Tagus River. It consists of a comfortable sofa and air conditioning, complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped so you can comfortably prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and espresso machine (coffee not included). The apartment has two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. None of the bedrooms have AC. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is interior, without windows, so it is advised to keep the door open whenever possible and ventilate the spaces frequently during your stay to minimize moisture buildup from showers.
Street parking is paid and limited. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.

Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee, these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11 am. Complete passport or ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
