Access to the studio is made through steep and narrow stairs.
The studio is equipped with a double bed and TV. There's also a foldable dining table for 2. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. Features a bathroom with a shower. It is a small bathroom, not suitable for people with low mobility.

Alfama is a very lively area, with plenty of movement throughout the day, restaurants and bars, so noise is to be expected. During the month of June, annual festivities of "Santos Populares" take place in this area, which will increase the influx of people and noise. The street is strictly pedestrian, with no car access, and quite narrow. The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries and toilet paper. These items are offered on a welcome basis only, replacements or refills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee, these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00, with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. Complete passport or ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
