Magnificent apartment in Príncipe Real, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Lisbon. Blessed by the constant presence of sunlight, an airy balcony, and a spacious living room, this apartment has a cozy and family-friendly spirit, perfect for living and enjoying a true Lisbon experience. Next to the beautiful Jardim das Flores and the Botanical Garden, the apartment is surrounded by incredible restaurants, bars, and antique shops. The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building without an elevator.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub. In the living room, there is a smart TV with cable connection and a cozy sofa facing the well-lit balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

The property is self-catered with basic items provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day and toilet paper. Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. Monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00 with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, place the keys on the main table. During your stay, you are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by you. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Complete passport or ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
