We offer a Meet and Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, complete the ID verification process sent to your email after booking confirmation. Ensure registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible. Once your ID is verified, inform us of your arrival time to arrange check-in with a staff member. If arriving before 3 pm, luggage storage service is available from 10 am. A copy of the main guest's ID will be required before arrival. If the reservation is made for another guest, a copy of their passport must be submitted before check-in.
