The room facing the street may experience some noise from the road. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside the flat, and parties or events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Pets are not allowed, and engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. We professionally dry clean all bed sheets and towels, though they are not ironed.
