For an in-person assisted check-in, a fee of £30 applies between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 applies from 7pm onwards.

Smoking and organising parties are strictly prohibited in the property, and any excessive noise must be prevented out of respect for the neighbours. No pets are allowed except Service Dogs. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Last-minute reservations made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner; however, we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. The standard option of self check-in usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. Guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and the property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
