Keep in mind

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so be careful with them. The property is professionally cleaned and set up for remote access. Mid-stay cleaning sessions and linen can be organized on request for an additional charge. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay. Excessive noise or music at antisocial hours will be reported to the local council, so please respect the community of neighbors. Parties are strictly prohibited, smoking at the property is not allowed, and extra guests are not allowed. Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated, especially after 10pm. Please use indoor shoes or slippers if possible, and make sure to lock the door and all windows when leaving the property.
