This spacious home features six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a comfy living area with a flat-screen TV, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool with an option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table. You also have exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities. To access Solterra Resort amenities, HOA charges $35 for parties of 1 to 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking spots available on the street next to the home.

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. The home offers self check-in and check-out for your convenience. Though not available in person, support is available to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Check-out time is 10 AM, and a late check-out fee of up to $300 may apply if you stay beyond the original scheduled time. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay, but initial essentials are provided.
