The property is just a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

This house offers a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and free access to a community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Relax by the private pool with outdoor loungers or enjoy the free washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Additional vehicles can park in unassigned spots throughout the community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.

A remote work-friendly environment is available, but a laptop computer is not included.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Self check-in and check-out are offered, and while in-person interaction is not available, assistance is provided through a messaging app.
