The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including an electric range, and a coffee bar with a Keurig machine and tea packets. The open floor plan dining area includes barstool seating for two at the gleaming white countertops. Large windows provide beautiful natural light, creating a calming and relaxing space. A brand new AC unit ensures your stay will be cool and comfortable. A complimentary washer and dryer are available for your use. The newly renovated bathroom is custom designed, with 100% ring spun luxury cotton towels provided. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Hulu live, Netflix, and Disney+. In the lush backyard, there is an outdoor dining set with seating for up to 6, a hammock lounger, and a large patio umbrella.

Guests have access to the entire home and dedicated backyard space. Free street parking and driveway parking for two spaces are available.

The home features a smart lock for convenient 24/7 self check-in, allowing for a seamless work-from-home experience.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
