This lovely and spacious 3-bedroom, 2 full-bathroom family-friendly townhome is located in one of the top vacation choices, the Regal Palm Resort and Spa. You'll enjoy a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant and bar, and an ice cream shop. It's a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions, just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport.

This townhome features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a large living area that can accommodate the entire family. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy meals together in the spacious indoor dining area or the breakfast nook located in the kitchen. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two.

There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people and wrist bands. The resort will provide 10 wrist bands max at guest services. The fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. There is a private double driveway that fits two cars. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
