Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately.

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are available. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. There is a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway, and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes.
