This home is designed with modern furnishings and offers WiFi throughout, including the pool area. The main living area provides a spacious and comfortable seating area overlooking the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with all necessary utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. Enjoy meals at the formal dining table or the breakfast nook. The home also features two workstations for your convenience.

Optional pool heating is available upon request for an extra charge. For families with little ones, a kids' highchair and a pack and play crib can be made available on request. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, which is non-refundable, and each vehicle requires its own access card. Guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit.

The home strictly accommodates a maximum occupancy of 8, including children. Due to severe allergies, no pets and no smoking are allowed. The house is self-catering and comes with a starter pack of supplies, including a roll of toilet paper and a bar of bath soap per bathroom, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. The house is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera by the front door. Every week, the Pool Care Team Service attends the home to maintain the pool.
