The villa boasts a luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. The open-plan family room connects to the kitchen, nook, and dining room, offering a stunning space to relax and enjoy cable channels on the large TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with a built-in ice-maker, along with essential cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The dining room features a beautiful table with seating for six. A well-equipped laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. For entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a game room with a pool table.

Guests can pre-book pool, spa, jacuzzi, and hot tub heating for an additional fee. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable, with each vehicle requiring its own card. A maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property.

The garage is designated as a game room only and cannot accommodate motor vehicles, trailers, or heavy objects due to the painted and sealed floor. Parking for motorbikes and cars is not allowed in the garage. The resort community features include an open-air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym, planned sundry shop, snack bar, and meeting room. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area, tennis courts, and a trail for walking, jogging, or biking.
