Located in the famous Four Corners at Calabay, just minutes from Disney and Universal, this stylish villa offers new furniture and a private pool for your family and Florida vacation. With two bedrooms downstairs, including a master suite with a reading area and desk workspace, you'll feel at home. The patio space is perfect for BBQs and pool enjoyment, making every day a vacation.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and English, providing excellent support throughout your visit.

Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it's recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, with parking available inside the garage or on the driveway for up to 4 cars. Street parking is also available. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested before 5 pm on the day of arrival. For a propane gas grill or other gear, contact us for arrangements at an extra cost.

No pets are allowed, and there is a fee of $500 if unauthorized pets are found. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. A 24-hour host is available to assist with all your needs. A laptop computer is not included.
