POOL SPA HEATING is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. If you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gears, arrangements can be made. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. The house has a huge driveway to accommodate 4 cars, and overflow parking is available around the neighborhood.
