This villa offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed floor plan. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, along with entertainment areas and a game room. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, including a Mickey Minnie themed room with two twin beds and a full bathroom. The villa is equipped with linens and towels at the start of your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable visit.

Pool spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but if you prefer a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. The villa features a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road. No parking on the street is allowed.

The guest will have the entire house to themselves. Washcloths are not provided as they are considered personal items. Our local hosts are available 24/7 to assist you during your stay.
