Feel at home in this well-equipped Orlando house, just 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and a few miles from the convenient restaurants, markets, and fun areas of Kissimmee and Orlando. Nestled in a gated neighborhood, this rare property features a private pool and spa, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free getaway.

The house boasts a spacious floor plan with a dining room for eight, a living room with large couches, and an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped. All bedrooms are fitted with smart TVs, and there's a lounge area with a large smart TV upstairs. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, although washcloths are considered personal items and are not provided.

Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided upon request at no charge, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For propane gas grills or other vacation gear, please contact us. Small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged. The house accommodates two cars in the driveway and offers garage parking for up to two cars. Overflow parking is available 250 feet down the road, but street parking is not permitted.

The house does not have a game room. Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and English.
