The villa includes a driveway accommodating 2 cars and overflow parking in some areas, though street parking is restricted in certain spots. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, while propane gas grills and other vacation gear can be outsourced for an extra cost. Small pets under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 fee per animal, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation.
