Pool heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, but Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking. Vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space, and there is no street parking. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a 150 dollar pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.
