Guests have full access to amenities at the clubhouse, including a fitness center, games room, and community pool and spa.

Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided free of charge upon request, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made at an extra cost. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars, with no street parking allowed. Small pets under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 pet fee per animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will incur additional charges.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking, so vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items.
