Guests will enter the upstairs unit through the front door using a digital keypad, leading into a cozy living room furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. The dining room features a beautiful farm table with seating for 6 guests and two additional armchairs for overflow seating. The fully equipped kitchen is just past the dining room, and a covered porch with patio furniture is accessible from the living room. The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and built-in bookshelves, another with two twin over twin bunk beds, and a third with two double beds and a private full bathroom. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located in the hallway.

The apartment is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged.

The driveway and backyard are shared between both units. Guests will have full and private access to the apartment via a digital keypad at the front door, with the code provided upon check-in.
